Myself and 60 other friends and friends of friends spent Labor Day weekend in Arches. We camped at the Gold Bar site, only yards from the Colorado River. Some biked, some Jeeped, all hiked and many even 'cliff jumped' into a river up a canyon. I and a few other real campers slept under the beautiful star-studded night sky!
